• Communication is key to home owners and property managers alike for where the projects stands in all phases. If issues arise you can rest assured that we will handle it AND let you decide how to proceed. Some property managers prefer to be hands off and just want the job complete without constant updates. If that is the case I will simply recap work completed in my detailed invoices that include photos.

My name is Brian I was born and raised in southern NH. I have been a jack of all trades my whole life, in part because my father raised me to be self reliant with an emphasis on doing things right, and because I’m infinitely interested in how things work. If you take a look through my photo collection you can see many examples of projects I have taken on. I am willing and able to do most trades when it comes to properties. This business is here to offer my skills, knowledge, and perfectionism to my community while also being able to support my young family. I have an amazingly supportive girlfriend who I plan to make my wife and together we have the pleasure of raising our brilliant daughter. We also have quite the farm in our home with two cats, a corgi, and a weiner dog, there’s hardly a dull moment. Thank you for taking the time to get to know me and my goals!
